Monika Jakiela, owner and general manager of DMA Servizi, deals with mobility, road safety and economic activities. Among the numerous initiatives carried out at international level stands out the initiative "Ambassadors of Road safety" of which she is international coordinator. The initiative was created to deal with road accident prevention and focused on road safety issues for both foreigners and drivers.
The initiative, particularly appreciated by embassies, consulates and organizations actively engaged with foreigners in Italy, has seen the involvement of more than 10,000 people in the safe driving courses provided. "Ambassadors of Road Safety" was sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and activities and tourism. The initiative was particularly appreciated even abroad, so much so that it has been revived and replicated in some European countries.
Among the many prestigious awards that have been awarded to the project "Ambassadors of road safety" it is worth mentioning ' Best Practice Certificate ' established by the EPSA-European Public Sector Award-in the category ' European or national projects ', result The best among 600 candidate projects. Acknowledgements, among others, also by the UIGA-Unione Italiana Automotive journalists, the Press and the Rome Motor Show.
Always on the subject of mobility and security for foreigners Monika Jakiela has launched the new courses to obtain the Italian driving licence "Free to Drive". It is a unique method designed for all foreigners eager to obtain the Italian driving licence with the assistance of a linguistic mediator in the language of origin of the participants in the courses.
Monika Jakiela is strongly engaged on the side of economic and commercial activities for the creation of partnerships and agreements between Italian and foreign companies. In particular, strong knowledge of the Italian economic fabric developed as a Polish entrepreneur in Italy, since 2017 has been appointed General Attorney of the Board of the Foundation of the World Economic Polish Diaspora as unique representative for Italy.
The aim of the foundation is to facilitate, through its general prosecutors appointed in the various countries, the relationship between groups of entrepreneurial initiatives of the Polish Diaspora in the world and Poland to achieve an effective exchange of products, Goods and services in the globalised market.
